Hi to all those budding photographer and model and all others that have some connection to this interesting industry.

I have just joined the site as I have decided to move up a few gears with my photography to semi-pro. I have just taken a long term lease on a building that I am converting into a new stusid complete with changing areas and editing desk. Its part of my longer term plans and I hope the next 12 months will allow me to establish my new business. I look forward to making some contributions to this forum when I get some time.

Hi, I'm Matty McAlpine

I'm new to this site and new to the whole idea of modelling, I have some folio pics but no experience as of yet. I'm Australian born & raised, living in Brisbane Qld and keen on learning whatever you can help me with and seems I'm not quite sure how to start.

If anyone can help with some hints, tips, pointers, etc it'd be much appreciated.

The only issue that comes to mind right now is how to create a modelling resume/cover letter so I can get started in looking for work, that and I'm seeking any experience that can be offered.

Hello I'm Shona from the Isle of Man, just recently got into Fashion Photography. I have uploaded some images but they have not yet been approved as I only uploaded them today!

I'm hoping to do Fashion Imaging and Promotion at UCA in London so I'm trying to build up my portfolio.

All my models are friends, at the moment all my shoots are free, but possibly when I become better I will have a small fee, just to make a little extra cash! :)

So, my name is Allison, I'm a french/hispanic/american indian, it's a strange mix, but it makes me unique. I wish there was more of a demand for that, but for now I am happy with how I am. I would like to see what potential I could have, I have been told by a few photographer friends of mine that I should at least try, so try I will.
