How do your significant others feel about you modeling? Are they supportive or are they dead set against it? I've heard some younger female models say that their boyfriends don't like the idea of them modeling and have tried to discourage them from it. I think that's unfortunate but I think they mostly feel that way because they don't want their girlfriends to worry about weight issues or if they are pretty enough, which is understandable. But there are others that simply get jealous to think of their significant others being the center of attention or posing with models of the opposite sex.
Luckily, my boyfriend is highly supportive of my modeling career, but he's a photographer so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it! But regardless, it is nice to have someone that is supportive of my modeling career, although he gets worried sometime when I have to travel, especially if he can't come with me, because of safety, shady people, and stuff like that.
I wouldn't mind hearing how your boyfriends or girlfriends deal with your modeling career. =)
