I'm curious to know how makeup artists deal with diva models? Or have you had a difficult model that you've worked with before? If so, how did you deal with him/her? What is the most difficult part of your profession? Any horror stories? I know not a lot of people give the makeup artist much thought so I thought I would throw out those questions to see how things are in that part of the industry when things get tough or complicated.

I knew a make up artist who worked with a huge huge supermodel (first name Kate!) who threw a tantrum and she used a lipstick on her direct from the barrel! She wanted her to scrape it off the tube first, not apply it from the tube!

She also worked with another famous model, (her grandfather was a world famous childrens author) and she ignored her the whole time she had her make up done!
