This post sorta ties in with photography, but I get asked a lot about how to submit a good photograph to agencies.  Having worked at an agency before as a booker, I always advise girls (and guys) to send in a clear shot of them looking natural (not too much make up) with their hair down if possible.  Not too much posing, just something that gives a good idea of what the face looks like!

Natural Daylight shots are always nicer to look at than something harsh with flash!

Anyone else have any experiences with sending in headshots to agencies, or need advice on how to take a good clear picture?
